Industry Leader Offers Complete Wiper Solutions Including Largest Roca Models

IMTRA, the leading manufacturer and importer of quality marine products, announced today an exclusive distribution agreement for the full range of Roca windshield wipers. To cement this relationship, IMTRA is expanding its catalog with the introduction of the largest wiper model that Roca manufactures, the W50. This new unit rounds out the line; offering the full spectrum of wiper needs from small boats to large yachts, as well as commercial and industrial applications.

Long recognized as an innovator in the marine industry, Roca’s stylish wiper systems feature high-quality materials and flawless construction. After several years as a North American distributor of Roca’s wiper systems, this exclusive distribution agreement allows IMTRA to focus on developing the market for the company’s entire product range, including the new W50.

The W50 wiper motor is durably constructed and provides 50Nm of torque. Capable of driving up to 47-inch (1200mm) wiper arms with 47-inch (1200mm) wiper blades, the W50 is perfect for applications that require large wiper arms and blades to ensure a clear line of sight. The dual-drive system can be purchased for either 12 or 24V power supplies and is available in three bulkhead thickness options of one to three inches. Self-parking in either left or right positions, the motor operates at two speeds: slow mode at 30 sweeps/min and fast mode at 47 sweeps/min. With an easily adjustable sweep angle of 45 to 110 degrees, the W50 is customizable for a multitude of applications. Designed for the harshest environments, the W50 features stainless steel drive shafts, and is CE approved and EMC protected. All Roca products from Imtra are backed by a 3-year warranty.
